One day, a student asked a teacher; what is love. The teacher then asked the student to go through the corn field and bring him the biggest corn he can find.
Then the teacher will tell him the answer. But the conditions are never to walk back and he is only allowed to pluck one.
So the student went to the corn field. The first one he saw was huge. But the more he walked into the cornfield, it gets bigger and bigger.
Finally, he found an extremely big one. But he thought that there will be a bigger one ahead. So he chose to carry on walking. Slowly, he realised that the corns are not as big as the one he found initially. Then he realised he missed the best one.
The next day, he went to his teacher empty handed. So the teacher asked him what happened. He replied: "Sir. I know what is love. Love is about appreciating what you have. Not to take the chance, hoping there will be a better ones ahead. Because if you carry on walking, you will realise you missed the best one. Time won't turn back.
Once you missed it, it's gone. That is love, sir."
